Shipping / Return / Exchange Policy

Shipping
Shipping is all done via UPS or USPS (unless shipping internationally in which case we will ship USPS.) Some things we have in stock, some we order as they come in and some need to be manufactured upon ordering. Most customer semi custom skates may take up to 7 business days to build as they are put together by hand and not bulk manufactured, please account for the wait when you order. Some things may arrive in packages earlier than others for your convenience.

Back Orders
Back Ordered items will ship as soon as they arrive back in stock which is usually around 2 weeks after the item is ordered, but can take up to a month. You will be notified as soon as possible if your item is on back order, and always have the option of canceling that part of your order, or changing it to a different item.

Returns
Most skates may be returned for a different size or upgraded to a different skate. It's always a bummer if you get your skates and you have to exchange them for a different size, so please read this carefully - so you don't end up stuck with a pair of skates that don't fit.

There is a 10% Restocking Fee on skates.
There is a 10% Restocking Fee on other returnable items that are not being exchanged.
There is no restocking fee for exchanging items

Unless otherwise noted in this page, or on the product page, most things have this exchange policy. The skates, Pads, Helmets, etc must be unworn and in brand-new, pristine condition in their original box. Pads cannot have scratched in the caps (i.e. you haven't used them for falls at practice, maybe try them on at home first and carefully if you need to try to fall on them do so on on carpet) The purchaser is responsible for all new shipping charges regardless of whether the skates were sent originally with Free Shipping. They are also subject to a restocking fee (both of these are charged by the distributors...we am not making money off of this!)

Return procedures must be started within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be received by us within 14 days of sending return information (RA number generated.)

There is a $10 fee to replace damaged skate boxes or damaged packaging. Do not affix labels nor shipping tape to skate box. Any items returned not in perfect, new on-the-shelf condition will be not be accepted. Sorry, but there's nothing I can do with that, the distributor will not take them back. Try them on, but you cannot skate in them and return them so please keep that in mind. Again, try them on at home.

Items that may not be returned/exchanged unless defective:
Custom order boots and skates.
Color upgrade boots and skates.
Size or width upgrade boots and skates.
Special order items.
Clearance items.
Discontinued Items.
Socks, Tights, Hot Pants unless in original packaging
Mouth Guards
Items that clearly state in the description that they may not be returned nor exchanged.

All Other Items: All items must be in excellent, like new condition, unopened and in their original packaging to returned for an exchange or refund. Please email immediately upon finding an error to begin the return/exchange process. Any items returned not in perfect, new on-the-shelf condition will be not be accepted. As stated above, customer pays for all new shipping costs regardless of whether or not package was originally sent with free shipping. please start exchange/return policy ASAP. after 14 days returns will not be accepted. If an item comes in for return that is not in new condition, we will not process the return - we will contact the customer and the customer must pay for shipping back to them. If the customer doesn't pay for shipping back to them for their used items that cannot be returned they will be considered abandoned.

EXCHANGES
Exchanges follow the same policy as returns, as in they need to be in NEW condition (no stinky gear returns, or skates with used wheels will be exchanged, but will be sent back to you) This is the exchange procedure:
1. Please email your request to return your merchandise to [email protected], where you will be sent a Return Authorization #.
2. Please pack your merchandise in a box, write the RA# on the outside and send it to:

You can send it UPS, FedEx or USPS.

3. Please include in the box a note of what you would like in exchange, as well as your original order # and method of payment for shipping the new merchandise back to you. Please either say CC on file from my order or Paypal (include PayPal email) We will give you a discounted rate on the shipping back to you.
