The Hybrid Carbon Roller Derby skate has a number of options that you can choose to personalize your skate. These include color, width, and many more.
This boot differs from the Hybrid carbon because the carbon boot has a carbon fiber base and this model has a fiberglass base. Carbon and fiberglass are quite similar in stiffness but we need to add 1-2 additional layers of fiberglass in this model to increase the stiffness over the carbon version. These additional layers absorb more resin which makes the boot heavier than the carbon version. This boot is still a lot lighter than most competing models, it is just slightly heavier than our top-of-the-line carbon model.
This roller derby skate is fully heat moldable so you can mold it in the oven or with a hair dryer. There is a vegan skate option. You can order it in various widths including standard, narrow, wide, and double-wide.

PROCESSING
Custom Bont boots take approximately 6-8 weeks for processing (June - December is the fastest production time). If we are custom mounting plates for you that may require additional time.
SIZING AND FIT
Bont Men's sizes. Sizes 1-12 Full and half sizes. Width is a bit wider than Bont standard width. Sizing may vary.
Bont sizing is typically larger than most other skate boots so it is common to get a smaller size than you would in most other brands. If you are unsure of your size we recommend the Bont Size Calculator.
CUSTOM PLATE MOUNTING
If you would like this boot mounted to a plate for a complete skate bundle just add the plates of your choice to your cart with mounting selected. If you want you can also add wheels, bearings, toe stops, skate park accessories, and/or any other items and we will build the skates for you! It's that easy!
