Riedell R3 Derby. R3 Derby skates come with upgraded Sonar Aura wheels (a great starter indoor wheel for roller derby) and leather toe caps (these protect the front of the boot from scuffing).

187 Fly Knee Pads (or your choice).

SISU Aeroguard. The SISU Aeroguard is a "Boil and Bite" style mouthguard and by far the most common mouthguard in roller derby.
